SRI is hiring a Performance Educator to deliver resilience, positive psychology, and performance-enhancement instruction to U.S. Army, Department of Defense, and Department of the Army personnel and their families. The role includes group and individual coaching, workshops, performance-consulting support during training and field operations, program evaluation, VIP briefings, and tailored education for wounded warriors. Candidates must hold a master’s degree in sports psychology or kinesiology, have teaching or coaching experience, be a U.S. citizen, and complete the Army’s Master Resilience Training Course and become a certified Army Performance Expert.
