Corteva Crop Protection is hiring a Performance Engineer to identify, evaluate, prioritize, and eliminate production losses across utilization, yield, and uptime. The role leads improvement projects, analyzes operating logs and production deviations, applies root cause analysis and statistical process control, troubleshoots process bottlenecks, and coordinates with operations, maintenance, R&D, and other engineering teams. A four-year engineering degree is required, with chemical, mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering preferred; chemical industry experience and process automation familiarity are advantageous.
