Corteva Crop Protection is hiring a Performance Engineer to identify, evaluate, prioritize, and eliminate production losses while improving plant utilization, yield, uptime, and operational performance. The role involves analyzing production deviations, troubleshooting equipment and process issues, applying root cause analysis and statistical process control, leading improvement projects, coaching operators and other engineers, and collaborating with operations, maintenance, R&D, and leadership. A four-year engineering degree is required, with chemical, mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering preferred; chemical industry experience and process automation familiarity are advantageous.
