Description
Flower is hiring a Performance Engineer to join its Asset Management team and monitor the performance and availability of energy assets, including battery storage systems. The role involves onboarding assets into a monitoring platform, configuring data points and alarms, performing proactive data-driven analysis, coordinating troubleshooting with external partners, maintaining downtime reporting, and tracking asset-health KPIs. Candidates need a technical degree focused on energy systems or equivalent experience in energy storage or energy production, at least 3–5 years of performance-monitoring or energy-asset operations experience, knowledge of industrial communication protocols and cloud integrations, and strong analytical and communication skills. The position is based in Södermalm, Stockholm, with a hybrid work model.
