Description
Omnissa is hiring a Sr. Performance Engineer to join an engineering team building a large-scale UEM platform as a service. The role focuses on identifying and resolving performance, scalability, efficiency, and capacity bottlenecks; defining benchmarks, KPIs, and SLOs; designing load, stress, and endurance tests; responding to performance incidents; and building automation tools for performance testing, benchmarking, and capacity planning. The position requires strong application development and software engineering expertise, experience with cloud and infrastructure technologies, performance monitoring and profiling tools, and performance engineering practices.
