Description
The Performance Engineer II supports the Sr. Operations Performance Engineer by conducting time studies and methods analyses, establishing and maintaining engineered labor standards, performing site audits, managing projects, and training site management and supervisors on labor-management systems. The role works with operations teams to improve productivity, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction, requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of operations, logistics, distribution, or transportation experience, and involves 50%-75% travel throughout the year.
