Description
SOLV Energy is hiring a Performance Engineer II - O&M to oversee the day-to-day operational activities of active utility-scale solar projects. The role leads Performance Engineers I and II, troubleshoots performance data and equipment, analyzes energy losses and system performance, manages plant optimization initiatives, supports client reporting and guarantee tracking, and uses PVsyst and other modeling tools. It is fully remote or hybrid with regular in-office presence in San Diego, California, or Bend, Oregon, and requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, science, or a related technical discipline plus at least four years of PV performance engineering or data analytics experience.
