Description
The Performance Engineer will work on Nuveen’s Brooklyn team to reconcile account-level and benchmark performance data, analyze portfolio returns, perform performance attribution, and investigate discrepancies between modeled and actual results. The role uses Python and SQL to build diagnostic scripts, dashboards, audit trails, and validation rules, while collaborating with quant, engineering, portfolio management, and operations teams. It requires at least three years of relevant experience, with five years preferred, and offers a base salary of $160,000 to $180,400 per year.
