Description
ASCEND Aerospace & Technology, LLC is hiring a Performance Engineering Intern for its Performance Engineering team supporting NASA’s COSMOS contract. The intern will help refactor code, adopt version control, develop automation scripts, analyze system performance, support software acceptance reviews, review documentation, and potentially handle simpler incident reports. The role may involve real-time mission operations during second or third shift, nights, and weekends, and requires progress toward a bachelor’s or master’s degree, scripting or automation familiarity, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to obtain a NASA PIV badge.
