Description
The Burn Program Manager develops, implements, evaluates, and leads the burn program’s performance improvement and patient safety initiatives. The role oversees burn registry data, quality and process improvement activities, clinical guidelines, case reviews, cross-functional teams, strategic planning, research, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a health-related field, two years of work experience, and preferably a national professional license, burn or trauma care experience, and relevant quality-management or registry certifications.
