LifeLink is hiring a Performance Improvement Specialist to support its Organ Procurement Organization by coordinating and leading performance improvement initiatives that improve clinical and operational outcomes. The role involves developing project plans, using data and process-improvement methods, creating metrics and reports, supporting regulatory compliance, participating in quality committees, and collaborating with OPO leadership and frontline staff. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 2–4 years of performance improvement experience, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or the ability to obtain it within the first year, and strong communication and organizational skills.
