Description
The Performance Instructor is a DC Operations Team Member responsible for training new hires, teaching best practices and job functions, and providing equipment training. The role also performs normal distribution-center operations or special projects as assigned, maintains a safe working environment, and may serve as a development role for advancement to Coach. The position requires availability across shifts and weekends, the ability to lift up to 70 pounds, prior training and power-equipment experience, safety compliance, basic computer and math skills, and reliable on-the-job performance.
