Description
The RDC Performance Instructor is a distribution-center operations team member responsible for training new hires, teaching best practices and equipment, maintaining safety, and supporting special projects. The role may also perform normal warehouse duties and is eligible for a Performance Team Member Bonus. Candidates must be able to lift up to 70 pounds, train others, operate powered equipment, follow safety requirements, and work independently or as part of a team; a high school diploma or GED, industrial powered equipment trainer certification, leadership experience, and warehouse or warehouse-management-system experience are preferred.
