Oneida Professional Services is seeking a full-time Performance Management Coaching Training and Development Specialist at Maxwell AFB/Gunter Annex, Montgomery, Alabama. The role develops and delivers coaching-focused leadership and performance-management training, provides individual and group coaching, conducts virtual and resident instruction, supports course design and evaluation, maintains instructional materials, and supports student engagement and program improvement. Applicants need a relevant bachelor's degree or higher in social or behavioral sciences, two years of online instruction experience with an LMS, and ICF, BCC, or equivalent coaching certification; federal civilian leadership development and government coaching experience are preferred. The position is contingent upon the award of a federal contract.
