The role coordinates annual and mid-cycle performance reviews, analyzes performance data, develops Power BI dashboards, maintains documentation and process materials, creates stakeholder communications, supports executive presentations, and manages project deliverables. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 2–3 years of performance management experience, Microsoft Office and Power BI proficiency, and strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
