Description
NCC Group is hiring a Performance Management Partner in Taguig City, Metro Manila, with two days per week onsite. The role leads the planning, communication, governance, monitoring, issue resolution, reporting, and completion of mid-year and end-of-year performance review cycles, including OKRs. It partners with People Services, GTS, Workday, people managers, and business stakeholders to configure Workday processes, ensure data accuracy, and improve the performance management experience. The position requires HR operations or performance management experience, Workday coordination experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and stakeholder management ability.
