EML is seeking a full-time, permanent Performance Manager to join their team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will collaborate with Maximizing Capacity claims teams to proactively review claims, focusing on improving recovery, capacity, and return-to-work outcomes. This role involves liaising with internal specialists and case managers, engaging with external stakeholders such as WorkSafe, conducting data analysis, monitoring claim progress, and facilitating team member development.
