EML is hiring a Performance Manager in Melbourne to support Workers Compensation and Personal Injury claims management by proactively reviewing claims, running structured case conferences, engaging workers and health practitioners, and collaborating with internal teams to improve recovery, capacity, and return-to-work outcomes. The role is a full-time permanent position with hybrid flexibility of up to three days per week working from home, and requires 1-2 years of experience in the Victorian workers compensation scheme along with strong claim assessment, compliance, communication, and collaboration skills.
