Fedcap Families is hiring a Performance Manager to lead one or two Opportunity Centers in Maine supporting TANF participants through the ASPIRE program. The role manages daily center operations, supervises a team of 6–20 staff, uses performance data and quality assurance audits to improve outcomes, develops community partnerships, manages hiring and employee performance, and provides career and employment services to families facing barriers such as poverty and housing instability. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of relevant career services or social services experience, at least 5 years of team leadership experience, strong interpersonal, communication, data literacy, organizational, customer service, and technology skills. Starting salary is at least $60,000 with health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off benefits.
