Fedcap Families is hiring a Performance Manager to lead one or two Opportunity Centers in Maine serving families receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families through the ASPIRE program. The role manages daily center operations and a team of six to 20 staff, conducts data-driven supervision and performance reviews, oversees case quality assurance and compliance, develops program improvements, represents the organization in community partnerships, and serves as hiring manager. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of experience in career services, case management, workforce development, or social services, at least five years of team leadership experience, strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, data literacy, organizational, and technology skills. The minimum starting salary is $60,000, with health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off benefits.
