Fedcap Families is hiring a Performance Manager to lead one or two Opportunity Centers in Maine serving TANF participants through the ASPIRE program. The role manages daily operations and a team of six to 20 staff, uses data and performance reviews to improve outcomes, oversees case quality assurance and compliance, develops community partnerships, and serves as the hiring manager. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least three years of experience in career services, case management, workforce development, or social services, at least five years of team-supervision experience, strong relationship-building, customer service, communication, data literacy, organizational, and technology skills. The minimum starting salary is $60,000 with health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off benefits.
