Fedcap Families is hiring a Performance Manager to lead one or two Opportunity Centers in Maine's ASPIRE program, supporting TANF participants through individualized career services and employment-focused case management. The role manages daily center operations and a team of 6–20 staff, oversees data-driven performance management and quality assurance, develops community partnerships, handles hiring and employee coaching, and drives job placement and participant outcomes. It requires a bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of relevant career services or social services experience, at least 5 years of team supervision and leadership experience, strong relationship-building, customer service, communication, data literacy, organization, and proficiency with electronic case management, CRM/ECM, Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint. The minimum starting salary is $60,000, with health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off benefits.
