Fedcap Families is hiring a Performance Manager to lead one or two Opportunity Centers in Maine supporting TANF participants through the ASPIRE program. The role manages daily center operations and a team of 6–20 staff, conducts data-informed supervision and performance reviews, oversees case quality assurance and compliance, develops community partnerships, manages hiring and employee performance, and delivers individualized career services through program leadership. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years of relevant career services, case management, workforce development, or social services experience, and at least 5 years supervising teams, along with strong communication, relationship-building, data literacy, organizational, customer service, and technology skills.
