Fedcap Families is hiring a Performance Manager to lead one or two Opportunity Centers serving TANF participants through the ASPIRE program. The role manages daily operations and teams of six to 20 staff, conducts supervisions and performance reviews, develops program initiatives, represents the organization at partnership events, audits cases for compliance, and serves as a hiring manager. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of experience in career services, case management, workforce development, or social services, and at least five years supervising teams. The position offers a minimum starting salary of $60,000 and health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off benefits.
