Unicorn Pro is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to promote dating products through paid traffic sources such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. The role involves creating ad creatives, analyzing competitors, working with RedTrack or Voluum, optimizing campaigns by KPI, developing landing-page concepts, and building marketing funnels. Candidates need at least two years of performance-marketing experience, strong analytical skills, fluent Ukrainian, and English at B1 level; dating-industry experience is preferred. The position is remote in Ukraine, Europe, with fixed compensation, bonuses, paid leave, equipment, and home-office or coworking support.
