Description

Qualcomm is hiring a GPU Performance Engineer to analyze high-performance GPUs and System-on-Chips, identify bottlenecks, develop graphics and machine-learning workloads, and create performance models, test benches, and visualization tools. The role collaborates with architecture and design teams to improve system performance, area, and power, and requires extensive experience in computer graphics, SoC and GPU architectures, graphics APIs, C/C++, and performance analysis.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field; PhD is a plus, or equivalent experience.
Required Previous Experiences: At least 12 years of experience in computer graphics or a related field, including performance analysis and complex SoC or GPU architectures.
6+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience with a bachelor’s degree.
5+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience with a master’s degree.
4+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to Verilog/System Verilog and SystemC/TLM.
Experience developing performance simulators and cycle-accurate or approximate models for pre-silicon performance analysis.
