Description
Exos is hiring a Performance Physical Therapist to provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy and athlete performance services. The role includes evaluating physician referrals and patient records, conducting physical and functional movement screenings, developing rehabilitation and prehabilitation programs, administering treatment, supervising support staff, coordinating with medical providers, and completing clinical documentation and billing. Applicants must have a physical therapy degree, an active state license, current CPR certification, EXOS educational experience through an internship or mentorship, and at least two years of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience.
