Exos is hiring a Performance Physical Therapy Manager to oversee a performance physical therapy clinic and provide outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation services. The role combines clinic operations and staff management with direct patient care, including evaluations, treatment planning, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait and balance training, documentation, billing support, and coordination with medical providers. Candidates need a physical therapy degree, at least three years of outpatient orthopedic or sports physical therapy experience, current CPR/First Aid certification, and PT licensure or eligibility; managerial experience and Exos-related certifications or methodology experience are preferred.
