Description
Radancy is hiring a Performance QA Engineer to design and maintain load, stress, and benchmark test suites with Grafana k6, establish performance baselines and thresholds, analyze observability data, and integrate performance checks into CI/CD pipelines. The role collaborates with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to improve release readiness and embed performance testing as a first-class quality attribute. It requires at least three years of software testing, QA engineering, or performance engineering experience, along with knowledge of web and API testing, observability tools, HTTP/REST, and distributed architectures. The position follows a hybrid model requiring three days per week in the Bengaluru office.
