Veeam Software is hiring a Performance QA Engineer for its Prague R&D office. The role focuses on designing and executing performance, load, and scalability tests for enterprise backup and data protection products; building and maintaining complex test environments; identifying bottlenecks and system limits; conducting root cause analysis; and managing performance test labs. Candidates should have technical education or strong practical systems knowledge, 1–2 years of performance or load testing experience, advanced Windows and/or Linux skills, understanding of CPU, memory, storage, and networking internals, analytical ability, and English proficiency. Bonus qualifications include database performance analysis, scripting and test automation, infrastructure deployment, virtualization, cloud platforms, Python, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
