Veeam is hiring a Performance QA Engineer for its Warsaw R&D office. The role focuses on designing and executing performance, load, and scalability tests for enterprise backup and data protection products; building and maintaining complex test environments; identifying bottlenecks and system limits; conducting root-cause analysis; and managing performance test labs. Candidates should have technical education or strong systems-performance expertise, 1–2 years of performance/load testing experience, advanced Windows or Linux knowledge, understanding of CPU, memory, storage, and networking, analytical skills, and English proficiency.
