Description
The role is a senior non-functional testing specialist focused on performance, resilience, load, stress, capacity, and recovery testing for complex distributed and cloud-based software solutions. Responsibilities include creating test plans and strategies, developing JMeter and Gatling scripts, preparing test environments and data, monitoring system behavior, analyzing defects and bottlenecks, executing chaos engineering scenarios, and providing technical guidance and stakeholder reporting. The position requires at least six years of relevant IT experience, including six years in non-functional or performance testing, a bachelor's degree or equivalent in an ICT-relevant field, and hands-on experience with performance testing tools, Java or automation, microservices, containerized platforms, CI/CD, and observability technologies.
