Description
Alight is seeking a Performance Test Analyst to design, script, execute, and analyze performance tests that validate system reliability, scalability, and responsiveness. The role requires 5–6 years of performance testing experience with strong hands-on expertise in LoadRunner Enterprise and JMeter, plus familiarity with APM tools like Dynatrace and NewRelic, scripting in C/Java/JavaScript, and knowledge of AWS, GitHub, Jenkins, JIRA, and API testing tools such as Postman or SOAPUI. The position emphasizes collaboration with development, infrastructure, and business teams, documentation of test plans and results, and continuous improvement of performance testing processes. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is required, ISTQB or similar certification is preferred, and the posting notes flexible working and that Alight does not sponsor visas for this role.
