Amtech is hiring a Performance Test Architect to define and execute performance engineering strategy for enterprise-scale, distributed, cloud-native applications. The role covers performance architecture, workload modeling, load and capacity testing, bottleneck analysis, production-readiness validation, observability, CI/CD integration, automation, and technical leadership. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 12 years of quality or performance engineering experience, extensive hands-on performance engineering expertise, and experience with performance testing tools, distributed systems, databases, Java/JVM, observability platforms, and cloud infrastructure.
