Description
SOFICO is hiring a Performance Test Architect in Ghent to own the performance engineering strategy for its automotive software platform. The role defines and governs performance testing and engineering practices, assesses database, API, application, and user interface performance, leads root-cause analysis and scalability testing, establishes performance standards, guides development teams on optimization and architecture, supports customers and stakeholders, and improves testing environments and monitoring. The position requires hands-on performance testing and optimization experience, familiarity with tools such as JMeter, K6, and Dynatrace, strong analytical and communication skills, and ISTQB CTFL 4.0 certification.
