Description
Sequoia Connect is hiring a Performance Tester for a remote role supporting a large automation and cloud solutions client. The position conducts performance, load, stress, endurance, capacity, and synthetic monitoring tests; develops browser and protocol-level tests; models concurrent users and transactions; scripts customer journeys; correlates backend monitoring and telemetry; isolates bottlenecks; and validates remediation. Candidates need strong experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling, or k6, Java application testing involving WebSphere, WebLogic, and Oracle, backend monitoring, and bottleneck isolation. Advanced oral English and Spanish are required, while cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants are desired.
