Tecsys is hiring a Performance Tester to investigate and resolve performance issues across cloud-based enterprise applications, including its Tecsys Elite supply chain platform. The role covers performance, load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing; workload modeling; Kubernetes, AWS, Java/JVM, PostgreSQL, JMeter, Playwright, Datadog, Python, and test-environment troubleshooting. Candidates need at least five years of performance or scalability engineering experience, cloud and Kubernetes testing experience, and strong root-cause analysis skills. The position requires Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid Canadian work permit.
