Responsibilities include service lifecycle improvement, pre-launch design and launch reviews, post-launch monitoring, incident response, root-cause analysis, highly available and scalable architecture support, metrics and monitoring, change management, capacity planning, automation, and Scrum-team collaboration. The role requires 5+ years of experience in software development or performance testing and engineering with systems analysis and agile practices, and offers hybrid work with 9-hour workdays.
