Vodafone is seeking a Performance Testing Specialist to plan, script, execute, and analyse performance tests across telecom platforms, services, and components in a global, multi-vendor environment. The role covers test strategy, automation, non-functional testing, volumetric analysis, performance profiling, JVM and database analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. Candidates should have experience in telecom or large-scale enterprise performance testing, knowledge of cloud and containerisation technologies, scripting and programming skills, and familiarity with performance monitoring and profiling tools.
