Vodafone is seeking a Performance Testing Lead to own non-functional testing strategy and execution across complex telecom technology landscapes involving cloud, CRM, and middleware. The role covers test planning, acceptance criteria, performance test execution and analysis, automation, metrics, reporting, issue resolution, resource planning, and mentoring. Candidates should have experience with telecom technology stacks, load and performance testing tools, CI/CD and cloud environments, performance scripting, Java/JVM architecture, database performance analysis, and application performance monitoring.
