Description
The Performance Validation Engineer will develop, maintain, and improve hot test equipment and processes for Mercury Marine’s product validation activities. The role applies Lean Manufacturing principles, troubleshoots production and equipment issues, documents processes, supports new product development, collaborates with customers and suppliers, prepares equipment specifications and qualification plans, and mentors peers. It requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or an equivalent engineering degree, 3–5 years of relevant experience, manufacturing and Lean Manufacturing knowledge, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to read engineering drawings. The position is onsite in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, pays $73,600–$106,200 annually, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
