VaynerMedia is hiring a performance-focused video editor to create, edit, optimize, and scale short-form video content across social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. The role owns DJ-ing, remixing, hooks, pacing, retention, platform algorithms, and performance tuning, while also collaborating with creators, art directors, copywriters, and other departments. Candidates need 3 to 5 years of professional creative experience, video-shooting or editing experience, knowledge of lighting, framing, and audio, and advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. The position offers a base salary of $70,000 to $90,000 USD, employer-sponsored 401k matching, medical, dental, and vision coverage, unlimited PTO, caregiver leave, and health and wellness benefits.
