Description
This role involves assembling, priming, re-circulating, and testing extracorporeal circuits before initiating heart-lung bypass. The individual will monitor the heart-lung machine's operation, make necessary adjustments based on patient physiology, administer medications and blood components, and perform advanced blood therapies like PRP and hemofiltration. Responsibilities also include disassembling and cleaning equipment, managing supplies, obtaining blood samples, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
