Description
Kearney is hiring a PERL Associate- Electronics to own defined work streams in electronics engagements, conducting product, market, competitor, customer, cost, supplier, and sourcing analyses. The role involves translating technical and quantitative findings into recommendations for product design, cost, sourcing, supply chain, and value creation; working with India-based engineers; presenting to clients; and coaching junior team members. Candidates should have approximately four years of professional experience in management consulting or a relevant industry role, meaningful electronics exposure, strong analytical and communication skills, and an undergraduate degree, with an MBA and relevant engineering degree preferred. Compensation is $192,000-$194,000 plus potential discretionary performance bonus and benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
