Kearney is hiring a full-time Associate for its Product Excellence and Renewal Lab (PERLab) in or near Chicago. The role combines engineering, consulting, product design, consumer insights, and operational expertise to improve product portfolios, manufacturing and supply-chain processes, margins, efficiency, and sustainability. Candidates should be highly analytical problem solvers with relevant professional experience in areas such as chemical engineering, electronic hardware, mechanical, industrial or automotive systems, packaging, or R&D; a master's degree or an undergraduate degree with relevant work experience; English fluency; and 5–10 years of professional experience. MBA or another advanced degree is preferred. Compensation is listed at $188,000–$194,000 post-MBA, with comprehensive benefits.
