Description
Kearney is hiring a PERLab Manager- Electronics to lead strategic engagements and major work streams involving electronics, hardware, semiconductors, product cost, procurement, sourcing, and supply chain. The role manages multidisciplinary teams and client relationships, develops work plans and recommendations through benchmarking, teardown, should-cost, and design-to-value analyses, leads client and stakeholder sessions, coaches junior consultants, and supports proposal and practice-building activities. Candidates should have at least five years of professional experience, including management consulting experience, along with relevant electronics or engineering expertise; an undergraduate degree is required, while an MBA or relevant advanced technical degree is preferred. The compensation range is $217,000–$240,000, with medical, dental, and vision coverage among the benefits.
