This position involves managing a caseload of Permanency cases, assessing the need for placement, facilitating permanency, and coordinating with various agencies to ensure children's well-being. It requires extensive travel, up to 95% of the workweek, and includes tasks such as conducting assessments, developing recruitment plans, providing 24-hour on-call support, and compiling statistical data.
