Hermès is hiring a permanent CAD Manager for its Silver & Components Division within the Jewelry and High Jewelry Development Department. The role supports designers through collection development, models and designs jewelry products while balancing aesthetics and manufacturing constraints, oversees partner workshops, manages prototyping and mock-up processes, inspects initial pieces, tracks modifications, improves production quality, and prepares technical files. The position requires Solidworks proficiency, familiarity with jewelry-making processes such as casting and machining, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams, workshops, and subcontractors.
