The Continuous Improvement Engineer will work full-time on a day shift, auditing and evaluating facility processes, leading improvement initiatives and projects, supporting change management and operations teams, and identifying technical solutions through benchmarking and knowledge sharing. The role requires a relevant engineering or industrial production degree, 5 to 10 years of industrial-sector experience, English fluency, knowledge of industrial processes, and proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies, data analysis tools, and auditing techniques.
