Description
Hermès is seeking a Development & Industrialization Manager for its Vivoin tannery site. Reporting to the Site Director, the role leads the industrialization of new leather finishes, coordinates cross-functional project groups, validates capacities and production schedules, develops new colors, ensures regulatory compliance, improves existing processes, supports quality resolution, trains technical teams, and contributes to budgeting and site strategy. The position requires an experienced engineer with 10–15 years of experience, expertise in leather manufacturing and industrial processes, strong project-management and communication skills, and the ability to work both in analysis and on the shop floor.
